Bridge repair work scheduled to resume Nov. 14

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers traveling in Globe to plan for east- and westbound lane restrictions on US 60 between mileposts 250-252 from 6:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 1, as part of the pavement rehabilitation project.

• Drivers should follow posted traffic control devices and signage when entering the shifted lanes.
• The speed limit will be reduced to 15 mph in the work zone.

Upcoming lane restrictions:

• There are no planned lane restrictions on US 60 in Globe, between Santee Street and US 70 (mileposts 250-252), from Nov. 3-13.
• Daytime east- and westbound lane restrictions on US 60 are scheduled to resume Friday, Nov. 14, and Saturday, Nov. 15, for bridge repair work.

Drivers should allow extra travel time, use caution, be prepared to slow down and merge safely when approaching and traveling through all work zones.
