Upcoming closures and restrictions scheduled July 7-18
No closures or restrictions scheduled over the Fourth of July weekend
The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan for the following closures and restrictions as part of the Loop 101 widening project in north Scottsdale:
Note: There are no scheduled closures or restrictions for this project over the Fourth of July weekend.
PRINCESS DRIVE/PIMA ROAD (JULY 7-16)
- Princess Drive/Pima Road will be closed in both directions at Loop 101 nightly from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Monday, July 7, through Friday morning, July 11, and again nightly from 9 a.m. to 5 a.m. beginning Sunday, July 13, and ending the morning of Wednesday, July 16, for bridge work.
FRANK LLOYD WRIGHT BOULEVARD (JULY 9-18)
- Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard will be closed in both directions at Loop 101 during the following times for bridge work:
- Nightly from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. beginning Wednesday, July 9, and ending Friday morning, July 11, and again Wednesday, July 16, and ending Friday morning, July 18
- 9 p.m., Friday, July 11, to 5 a.m. Monday, July 14
Turn bay closures on Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard east of Loop 101 begin May 27
The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan for the following closures as part of the current Loop 101 widening project:
- The two left-turn bays in the median along Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard between Loop 101 and 90th Street will be closed for approximately 30 days beginning at 5 a.m. Tuesday, May 27, for median work.

Current and upcoming long-term ramp closures
Northbound Loop 101 on-ramp at Raintree Drive closing for approximately 60 days beginning July 20
The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan for the following long-term (approximately 60-day) ramp closure for reconstruction as part of the current Loop 101 widening project:
- The northbound Loop 101 on-ramp at Raintree Drive will be closed beginning at 11:45 p.m. Sunday, July 20, for approximately 60 days, for ramp reconstruction.
DETOUR: Drivers may consider using the northbound Loop 101 frontage road to the northbound Loop 101 on-ramp at Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard.
