US 89 - Timberline Trail to Deadman Flat Road Pavement Preservation

Project Cost: $9,900,000

The Arizona Department of Transportation has initiated a pavement preservation project along US 89 between Timberline Trail and Deadman Flat Road north of Flagstaff (mileposts 425-435). The project is expected to be under construction in May 2024 with anticipated completion in fall 2024.

The purpose of the project is to extend the life of the roadway by removing and replacing the top layer of existing pavement as well as making spot repairs, pothole repairs and new pavement markings.
