Overview
The Arizona Department of Transportation has completed a project on Interstate 19 near the Canoa Ranch rest areas between milepost 30 and 35. This project installed weigh-in-motion systems and replaced the existing system controllers.

- Installing weigh-in-motion sensors with Automated Tire Pressure Screening (ATPS)
- Replacing the existing weigh-in-motion system controllers
- Installing loop sensors and connecting the new loops to the existing cabinet
- Installing a sensor plate next to the existing loops

This project began in September 2025 and was completed in October 2025.
