Drive with focus this Halloween

Spooky frights and buckets of candy await on Halloween, but we want to remind drivers to stay focused on the road and not get distracted by thoughts of ghosts and haunted houses.

If you’re driving on state highways this weekend, you might see a traffic safety message on overhead message boards encouraging motorists to drive with focus. We hope this message starts important conversations about traffic safety and leads to drivers making better decisions behind the wheel.

Slow down and make sure to watch for trick-or-treaters crossing neighborhood streets in the evening.

Happy Halloween!
