Survey says! AZMVDNow website is an ‘Extremely Easy’ way to conduct MVD business

If you have not been to AZMVDNow.gov lately, you are missing out on an easy, safe way to get your MVD business done. In fact, surveys of online users over the past seven months show the system keeps getting easier to use for many customers. 

In March just over 84% responded that the site was easy to use. Several months later, the September survey shows nearly 90% found the site easy to use, with a majority of those saying it is extremely easy to use. 

Each month, more than 5,000 people respond to the random survey, telling us how easy or difficult their service was to complete. The survey conducted in September showed 76.2% found AZMVDNow.gov extremely easy to use, up from 71% in the first survey conducted back in March.

The number that felt the website was ‘extremely difficult’ to navigate is also trending in a good direction, from 5.6% in March, down to just 3.3%. MVD reviews those responses that include their personal experience to see how we can continually improve those experiences. The online MVD portal offers customers a safe and secure way to conveniently conduct business. Transactions that can be completed on the site include renewing vehicle registration, getting a replacement driver license, transfering titles, selecting a specialty plate, receiving registration refunds, or simply scheduling an appointment at your local MVD office.
