The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) has selected the Modified Diamond Interchange Alternative (MDI) as the preferred design alternative for reconstruction of the Interstate 10/Baseline Road traffic interchange as part of the current study.  ADOT has published the Design Concept Report (DCR), which includes the conceptual design and justification for selection of the MDI alternative.

Drivers should expect delays and allow extra travel time

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan for north- and southbound lane restrictions along State Route 95 in Quartzsite for road striping.

US 60 (Grand Avenue) overnight lane restrictions in Surprise planned June 23-29

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan for the following overnight lane restrictions in Surprise beginning Monday, June 23 for pavement, sidewalk and guardrail work:

  • Eastbound Grand Avenue will be narrowed to one lane nightly between 163rd Avenue and Loop 303 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m

Upcoming closure of 31st Avenue at Loop 101

  • 31st Avenue will be closed in both directions at Loop 101 from 11 p.m. Friday, June 27, to 11 p.m. Saturday, June 28.
     

LONG-TERM RAMP CLOSURES

Westbound Loop 101 on-ramp at 35th Avenue closed for approximately 60 days beginning 11:30 p.m., Monday, May 12.

  • DETOUR: Drivers may use on-ramps at 27th or 51st avenues to access westbound Loop 101.

Prepare for delays

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises motorists traveling on Interstate 40 southwest of Kingman to expect daytime lane restrictions beginning Tuesday, May 28, through the end of October as crews replace the top pavement surface on a 14-mile segment of the interstate.
