Apache Trail cross street closures and restrictions planned Sept. 8-22

ADOT advises drivers to plan for the following 24/7 closures and restrictions, for paving work as part of the US 60X (Main Street/Apache Trail) project between Sossaman and Meridian roads:

5 a.m. Monday, Sept. 8, through 5 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 13

• 96th Street will be CLOSED north of Apache Trail and narrowed to one lane

PHOENIX – The eastbound lanes of Interstate 10 are closed near Picacho, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.

The closure is due to a crash at milepost 217.

Motorists are advised to expect delays and seek an alternate route. 

There is no estimated time to reopen the eastbound lanes. The westbound lanes are unaffected.

State Route 68 pavement preservation project between Bullhead City and Golden Valley is completed.

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers that a newly paved 14-mile segment of State Route 68 between Bullhead City and Golden Valley is completed. 

The project included removing and replacing the existing pavement from east of the SR 68 and Laughlin Bridge intersection

PHOENIX – US 93 is closed in both directions at milepost 198 near Wickenburg, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.

The closure is due to a crash. There is no estimated reopening time.
