Plan ahead with major upgrade starting at Bell and Grand

We hope you've heard the news that ADOT is starting construction of a bridge that will carry Bell Road over Grand Avenue (US 60) and railroad tracks. This much-needed upgrade will help relieve traffic congestion in Surprise.
Making it happen between the end of Cactus League baseball and the holiday shopping season requires a six- to eight-month closure of Bell at Grand starting Friday night, April 1.
