How to Apply for DBE Certification
Firms that meet the requirements of 49 CFR Part 26 are encouraged to complete an application for DBE certification. Applications and documents submitted on paper will not be accepted because all information must be submitted online.
It can take up to 90 days to process and screen your DBE application once a complete application is received. The time to process may be reduced if all required information is included or if additional requests for information from certification staff are returned quickly.
Submitted applications that do not have all of the required information and documents will not be accepted and will be returned. Please email [email protected] if you have questions or need further assistance.
