The Governor has terminated the emergency declaration regarding Covid-19. As a result, the Mobile Food Vendor at Rest Areas Permit Program is discontinued.
The Department will no longer accept applications or issue permits for Mobile Food Vendors at Rest Areas.
Vendors with existing permits will be contacted by the Department with information regarding the cancellation of their permit.
