Request for Monthly Pay Estimate

We would like to inform you of the procedures for obtaining the monthly pay estimate. As you are aware, the prime contractor approves and maintains a record of the monthly pay estimate.

If you require a copy of the monthly pay estimate, we request that you contact the Prime Contractor's Project Manager directly. They have access to the necessary documents and will be able to assist you promptly. Should you encounter any challenges in reaching the prime contractor or if the information is unattainable through this channel, we ask that you then direct your request to the Construction Field Office, Resident Engineer or Office Manager, for the specific project. In the rare event that you are still unable to obtain the monthly pay estimate, you may contact the Field Reports office. Field Reports will ensure that you receive a copy of the monthly pay estimate.
