Sun Corridor Metropolitan Planning Organization (SCMPO)

The Sun Corridor MPO is one of three new MPOs in Arizona. It is located in Pinal County, between the Phoenix and Tucson metropolitan areas. Casa Grande and some of the neighboring communities formed the Sun Corridor MPO to conduct transportation planning for a region south of MAG in a rapidly developing area of Pinal County. Future planning efforts for I-10, I-8, the CANAMEX corridor, and the future North-South Freeway will play a critical role for the SCMPO.
