Bullhead Parkway: Silver Creek Road to Laredo Drive Street Improvements

Overview

Project Cost: $2,620,589

The Arizona Department of Transportation, in partnership with the Western Arizona Council of Governments and Bullhead City, will begin a construction project this fall to make street improvements on the Bullhead Parkway between Silver Creek Road and Laredo Drive.

The project includes:

• Constructing a raised center median on Bullhead Parkway, between Silver Creek Road and Laredo Drive
• Installing new signage and lighting, new pavement markings and other related work.

What to expect during construction

• Lane restrictions will be in effect throughout construction. 
• The speed limit will be reduced in the work zone.
• Construction-related noise.

ADOT reminds drivers to proceed through the work zone with caution, and slow down and watch for construction personnel and equipment while the lane restrictions are in place.

Project Schedule 

Work is scheduled to begin this fall and be completed by the end of 2024. More information on the project schedule will be posted prior to the work starting.

Schedule subject to change based on weather or other unforeseen factors.
