The purpose of the $545,000 safety improvement project is to reduce the frequency and severity of lane and road-departure crashes and includes the following:
- Replacement of raised pavement markers.
- Installation of new centerline pavement striping.
- Pavement maintenance and crack-seal repair near the new rumble strips.
Construction is anticipated to begin in summer 2022 with an expected duration of 60 calendar days. The project will occur within ADOT right-of-way and easements.
