Project Cost: $8,044,142
The Arizona Department of Transportation is initiating a pavement preservation project along a 16-mile section of westbound Interstate 40 west of Seligman, between Fort Rock Road and Markham Wash Bridge (mileposts 92-108).
Work Includes
- Milling pavement and applying a two-pass micro-surfacing.
- Spot pavement repair work.
- New pavement markings and other related work.
What to expect during construction
- Daytime lane restrictions.
- One lane will remain open in each direction.
- The speed limit will be reduced in the project zone.
More information will be posted before construction begins.
Project Schedule
The project is scheduled to begin in July 2025 and be completed in early 2026. More information on the project schedule will be posted prior to the work starting.
