Plan for alternating daytime lane restrictions on US 60 near Vicksburg beginning July 29
Drivers should expect delays and allow extra travel time
The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan ahead for lane restrictions on US 60 near Vicksburg, for paving.
The following restrictions will occur from 5 a.m. to 6 p.m. beginning Monday, July 29, and then resume beginning Wednesday, July 31 and ending Friday, Aug. 2.
- US 60 between Vicksburg Road and the State Route 72 junction will be reduced to one lane, with alternating traffic control via flaggers.
- A 14-foot vehicle width restriction will be in place.
- The speed limit will be reduced to 25 mph.
Drivers should plan for delays, obey posted speed limits and traffic control devices and use caution around construction personnel.
