The Arizona Department of Transportation, in coordination with the Maricopa Association of Governments, is starting a pavement rehabilitation project along a 9.5-mile section of State Route 51, between Interstate 10 (Papago Freeway) and Shea Boulevard.

The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT), in cooperation with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and the Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG), has initiated a project to build a new freeway in the southwest valley, State Route 30 (Tres Rios Freeway).

State Route 30 (Tres Rios Freeway) is a new freeway planned in the southwest valley crossing the cities of Buckeye, Goodyear, Avondale and Phoenix. The center section of SR 30, between Loop 303 and Loop 202, will be constructed first due to its potential to serve as a traffic reliever and alternate route to Interstate 10.

ADOT has initiated a design project to construct a new segment of Loop 303 between Maricopa County Road 85 (MC 85) and Van Buren Street in Goodyear.
