Intern Program

Intern Program

ADOT is committed to fostering the next generation of transportation professionals. We are actively expanding our intern pool and developing a comprehensive intern program designed to provide experience across a wide range of ADOT's diverse areas of operation.

Our Intern Program offers an excellent opportunity for students to gain practical, hands-on work experience and earn income, while pursuing their academic goals. This program is open to current high school students, college students and those pursuing other post-secondary education that meets internship qualifications. We welcome students majoring in various fields relevant to our mission of providing highway infrastructure and transportation services.

Through this program, interns will have the chance to contribute to real-world projects, learn from experienced professionals and explore potential career paths within ADOT. Our goal is to provide a rich and rewarding experience that prepares interns for successful careers with ADOT.
