UPDATE: Country Club Drive (SR 87) lane restrictions between Desert Lane and Baseline Road scheduled through July 23

This alert updates the end date for the northbound lane restrictions and adds dates for southbound Country Club Drive lane restrictions

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan for the following restrictions as part of the pavement improvement project

Northbound Loop 101 closed between Shea Boulevard and Princess Drive/Pima Road June 19-21

Loop 101 lane restrictions scheduled this weekend (June 12-15) and June 16-19, 21-22; southbound Loop 101 closure planned June 26-28

  • North- and southbound Loop 101 will be narrowed to two lanes in each direction between Shea Boulevard and Princess Drive/Pima Road nightly from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. beginning

There are no ADOT restrictions at the I-10/Jackrabbit Trail intersection at this time.

Paving operations start May 3

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers traveling in Globe to expect the following restrictions on US 60, between Santee Street and US 70 (mileposts 250-252), for milling and paving operations:

  • US 60 east- and westbound lane restrictions nightly from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. beginning Sunday, May 3.
    • Temporary driveway restrictions will be in place

SCAM ALERT - July 30, 2025:

Some people have reported receiving a text message including an ADOT Motor Vehicle Division logo and demanding payment for an outstanding traffic citation. This is a scam.  It has no connection to ADOT and should be ignored.

Eastbound Loop 303 closures between 43rd Avenue and I-17 scheduled June 17-27

  • Eastbound Loop 303 will be closed between 43rd Avenue and I-17 at the following times:
    • 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Wednesday night, June 17, and Thursday night, June 18
    • 9 p.m. Friday, June 19, to 8 a.m. Saturday, June 20 
    • Nightly from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. beginning Monday, June 22, and ending Friday morning, June 26

There is an impending federal change to High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) lane exemptions. HOV lane usage by alternative fuel vehicles is regulated by 23 U.S.C. 166(b).  This federal law was enacted in 2005 and includes an expiration date of September 30, 2025.

If Congress does not extend the exemption expiration date, owners of alternative fuel vehicles and vehicles with Energy Efficient plates

PHOENIX – The eastbound lanes of Interstate 10 are closed in Tempe.

The closure is due to a crash after Broadway Road.

Motorists are advised to expect delays and seek an alternate route. 

There is no estimated time to reopen the eastbound lanes. The westbound lanes are unaffected.
