Instructions for ADOT SWPPP Templates
The SWPPP template offers practical guidelines for meeting regulatory requirements when operating construction projects on tribal and non-tribal lands. Both NPDES (2022) and AZPDES (2025) Construction General Permit requirements are included as options when preparing this document. Inapplicable information may be deleted, as necessary.

Construction Site Inspection Report Template | Construction Site Inspection Report manual/printable format
ADOT has developed a Construction Site Stormwater Inspection Report Form for use on all ADOT construction projects with a SWPPP. The form is designed to meet both NPDES and AZPDES Construction General Permit requirements. The form is available as a customizable template similar to the SWPPP template, or in a Word document format that can be printed and filled by hand if preferred.
