Arizona Council for Transportation Innovation

Arizona Council for Transportation Innovation

The Arizona Council for Transportation Innovation (ACTI) was formed in 2012 to facilitate innovation among transportation professionals to ensure smart, efficient investment in Arizona’s transportation infrastructure. ACTI works to build and strengthen the “culture of innovation” in Arizona by helping to identify innovative strategies, develop applications and technologies, and integrate transformative ideas into routine practices.

ACTI is Arizona’s State Transportation Innovation Council (STIC). A STIC brings together public and private transportation stakeholders to explore innovations and spearhead deployment in a State. Through a STIC, stakeholders meet to consider promising innovations and to advance technologies and processes. You can learn more about the State Transportation Innovation Councils at FHWA’s STIC website.

  • The ACTI Charter outlines the Council's objectives and responsibilities.
