Every Day Counts
Every Day Counts
Every Day Counts (EDC) is an innovation initiation of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), designed to identify and promote the rapid deployment of proven, yet underutilized innovations to shorten the project delivery process, enhance roadway safety, reduce traffic congestion, and integrate automation.
EDC is administered in Arizona through ACTI, whose members invite agency and industry representatives to participate on EDC implementation teams and who support their efforts in advancing innovation. Arizona has a strong culture of innovation and has implemented many of the innovations promoted through EDC. Learn more about the connection between ACTI and EDC.
Learn more about the innovations explored in the last two rounds of EDC initiatives.
