ADOT completes bridge rehabilitation project I-10 Amole interchange

Project includes four structures at Empirita Road interchange west of Benson
TUCSON – The Arizona Department of Transportation has completed a project that rehabilitated four bridges along Interstate 10 at the Amole interchange in Pima County.
The work included rehabilitating the bridge decks and adjacent roadway, along with replacing guardrails in the project area, which is about 10 miles west of Benson.
The I-10 bridges carry traffic over the Empirita Road interchange and the Union Pacific Railroad, from mileposts 292 to 293.
The $6.2 million project began in November 2025.
