US 93 Vista Royale Improvements

US 93, one of Arizona’s Key Commerce Corridors, is the main route connecting Phoenix and Las Vegas, two of the fastest-growing metropolitan areas in the country. The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) has been systematically improving US 93 between Phoenix and Las Vegas for over 20 years. While US 93 from I-40 (Kingman) to the Nevada state line has been fully improved to a four-lane divided highway, a handful of narrow, two-lane sections remain.

I-40 Joseph City - Perkins Valley Pavement Rehabilitation

Overview Project Cost: $10,731,525 The Arizona Department of Transportation is initiating a pavement life-extension project on Interstate 40  west of the city of Holbrook (mileposts 278-283). The 5-mile-long project between Joseph City and Perkins Valley Road is scheduled to begin this spring.

SR 69: Truwood Drive to Stoneridge Drive Pavement Rehabilitation Project

Project Cost: $3,971,457

The Arizona Department of Transportation has completed a nearly $4 million project to improve the condition of the pavement and extend its service life along State Route 69 between Truwood Drive and Stoneridge Drive (mileposts 287-290) in Prescott Valley.

Our 2024-2028 Tentative Five-Year Construction Program addresses these priorities as we work to improve and maintain the state’s highway system during the next five years.
