The Arizona Department of Transportation initiated in July 2024 a pavement rehabilitation project on State Route 79 from the Fannin-McFarland Aqueduct at milepost 132 (north of Salazar Street) and Jason Lopez Circle at milepost 135 in the town of Florence. This project seeks to maintain
