Implementation of 2027 ADOT Standard Specifications
The Department will implement the 2027 ADOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, its associated Supplements, the Stored Specifications for all projects advertising on and after January 4, 2027.
The 2027 Edition will be released exclusively in an electronic format; no hard copies will be published. The book and its associated documents will be available on the ADOT Contracts and Specifications Group website by the end of October 2026.
The 2021 Edition and its associated Stored Specifications will remain available through the website for reference.
Public Opening of Proposals
The bidders, their authorized agents and other interested parties are hereby notified that effective immediately, the public opening of Proposals will be held at 205 S. 17th Ave., room 117 Phoenix AZ 85007.
ADOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction (2021 Edition)
Hard Copies of ADOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction (2021 Edition) will no longer be available for purchase. Digital access will remain available for reference and use.
