Overnight restrictions at Interstate 17 and Anthem Way and Daisy Mountain Drive scheduled Aug. 3-8

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan for the following overnight restrictions in north Phoenix as part of the Interstate 17 pavement project between State Route 74 and Anthem Way:

Restrictions will occur nightly from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. beginning Sunday, Aug. 3, and ending Friday morning, Aug. 8.

NOTE: These will not occur all at the same time. Crews will be moving around the area each night based on progress. Plan for varying lane restrictions in these locations and please drive with caution.

ANTHEM WAY

East- and westbound Anthem Way at I-17 will be narrowed to one or two through lanes. NOTE: Left turns onto the north- and southbound I-17 on-ramps will remain open.
The north- and southbound I-17 on- and off-ramps at Anthem Way will have lane restrictions at the intersection. NOTE: All turning movements will be maintained.
The westbound left-turn bay on Anthem Way at I-17 will be narrowed to one lane.

DAISY MOUNTAIN DRIVE

East- and westbound Daisy Mountain Drive at I-17 will be narrowed to two through lanes. NOTE: Left turns onto the north- and southbound I-17 on-ramps will remain open.
The north- and southbound I-17 on- and off-ramps at Daisy Mountain Drive will have lane restrictions at the intersection. NOTE: All turning movements will be maintained.
