Overview

The Town of Quartzsite, in collaboration with the Arizona Department of Transportation, has initiated design improvements for the West Quartzsite Traffic Interchange at milepost 17, in the Town of Quartzsite.

Project Elements

  • Widen Quartzsite Boulevard
  • Replace the bridge structure over I-10
  • Widen the freeway ramps
  • Add lanes to the frontage road intersections
  • Construct sidewalks for pedestrians
  • Install traffic control signalization and new lighting.

Project Schedule

The project is in the Stage III (60%) design phase with completion anticipated summer 2026.
