Do you have questions about the Arizona Travel ID deadline coming soon, or want to complete a sold notice on your vehicle, but you don’t have time to make a special trip to the MVD office?

You can join the many Arizonans who took advantage of Live Chat to answer questions or even get some MVD related services done right on the ADOT MVD home webpage. Last year 271,363 chats were completed. That equates to more than 22,600 each month that saved trips to MVD offices, as well as spots in line.

Appointments to visit an MVD office can be scheduled through the MVD customer portal at AZMVDNOW.gov or by contacting an MVD employee on the ADOT website through Live Chat.

You can Live Chat with an MVD employee directly at azdot.gov to handle several MVD services and answer questions from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. That’s right, no bots or AI are on the other end of the chat.

The recently added option of live chat may be the way to get answers to your questions about a driver license or registration renewal quickly from your computer or mobile device.
