You can join the many Arizonans who took advantage of Live Chat to answer questions or even get some MVD related services done right on the ADOT MVD home webpage. Last year 271,363 chats were completed. That equates to more than 22,600 each month that saved trips to MVD offices, as well as spots in line.
MVD offers you the ability to Live Chat with an MVD expert directly at azdot.gov from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
You will chat with an MVD expert online from the comfort of your own computer or smartphone in real time without having to leave your home, office, school or wherever you are to get your MVD questions answered.
Each live chat could potentially save you a trip to an MVD office and help shorten wait times for everyone. You are able to contact MVD via chat through azdot.gov to address concerns, receive answers to questions, or even accomplish certain tasks such as submitting a sold notice, changing your address, replacing a disability placard, scheduling appointments and receiving assistance with navigating around azmvdnow.gov.
