The Arizona Department of Transportation advises motorists that construction is underway on the US 93 Cane Springs Improvement project located north of Wikieup.

Crews will be working during the next several weeks to clear the work zone in preparation of mobilizing construction equipment to the area. Most of the construction will take place off of US 93 and will have limited impact to motorists

Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes

The Arizona Department of Transportation, in coordination with the City of San Luis, advises motorists to plan ahead for a weekend closure of Avenue F for paving.

Southbound Avenue F will be closed to through traffic at Cesar Chavez Boulevard beginning at 4 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 8, and ending 5 p.m, Sunday, Aug. 9.

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises motorists to plan for continued 24/7 lane restrictions along north- and southbound US 95 in Yuma through November as crews construct new roundabouts at the Imperial Dam and Aberdeen Road intersections.

Motorists can expect the following around-the-clock restrictions:

The Arizona Department of Transportation, in partnership with the Hopi Tribe, has completed the State Route 264 Corridor Planning Study. 

The purpose of the corridor study was to identify improvements that need to be made along 96 miles of SR 264 from Moenkopi to the Navajo-Apache County line (mileposts 322-418). The study makes short- and long-term recommendations to improve the highway by:

Southbound SR 51 closed between Indian School Road and I-10 this weekend (Sept. 25-28

Nightly northbound SR 51 lane restrictions scheduled Sept. 28-Oct. 2

The Arizona Department of Transportation reminds Phoenix area drivers to plan for the following weekend closure and nightly lane restrictions:

• Southbound SR 51 will be CLOSED between Indian School Road and I-10 from 9 p.m. Friday, Sept

Country Club Drive (SR 87) lane restrictions at Guadalupe Road to continue through Sept. 26

• UPDATED: Southbound Country Club Drive will be narrowed to two lanes at Guadalupe Road through 5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 26. 
  • Note: A right lane restriction also will be in place on eastbound Guadalupe Road at the Country Club Drive intersection during the above times. Right turns will be permitted.

North- and southbound Loop 101 (Pima Freeway) lane and ramp restrictions planned Sept. 24-28

• Postponed: Southbound Loop 101 will be narrowed to three lanes overnight between Princess Drive/Pima Road and Shea Boulevard from 10 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 24, to 5 a.m. Friday, Sept. 25.

• North- and southbound Loop 101 on- and off-ramp lane restrictions and ramp closures are scheduled in the project area
