PHOENIX – The westbound lanes of US 60 (Grand Avenue) are closed in Wittmann, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.

The closure is due to a vehicle fire at milepost 129. Traffic is proceeding on the shoulder.

Motorists are advised to expect delays and seek an alternate route. 

There is no estimated time to reopen the westbound lanes. The eastbound lanes are unaffected.

PHOENIX – The northbound lanes of Interstate 17 are closed near Sunset Point, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.

The closure is due to a vehicle fire at milepost 252.

Motorists are advised to expect delays and seek an alternate route. 

There is no estimated time to reopen the northbound lanes. The southbound lanes are unaffected.
