The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to prepare for delays along US 60 between Show Low and Springerville in the White Mountains area as a pavement project resumes work between State Route 61 and Wildcat Creek Thursday, May 28, after a winter hiatus.

Drivers should expect the following restrictions from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. Mondays through Fridays:

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to prepare for lane restrictions on US 60 as final work on a passing lane project resumes along 3 miles of US 60 between Little Mormon Lake Road and Bell Spring on Monday, June 8, after a winter hiatus.

Drivers should expect the following restrictions to be in place from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday, June 8, through Wednesday, June 10:

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers of the following scheduled for work on the US 60 (Grand Avenue) from 85th Avenue to Interstate 17 pavement project. 

The following locations will continue to be narrowed to one lane nightly from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. ending Friday morning, June 26:

  • Southbound 43rd Avenue from Medlock Drive to Grand Avenue
  • Eastbound Camelback Road from

  • The inside left turn lanes at Thomas Road to north- and southbound Loop 101 will be closed for approximately 60 days beginning 5 a.m. Monday, June 8 (one turn lane will remain open). 
    • East- and westbound Thomas Road at Loop 101 will be narrowed to one lane in each direction from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., Monday through Friday nights while the long-term turn lane restrictions are in place beginning

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises Cornville residents to plan for a full closure of Tissaw Road on May 11 as Phase 2 of roundabout construction begins.

The following Phase 2 restrictions will be in place beginning Monday, May 11, through fall 2026:
●    Full closure of Tissaw Road at Cornville Road.
●    Verde Sante Fe residents will use Verde Sante Fe Parkway to access

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to prepare for overnight closures of Interstate 40 starting Tuesday, April 28, as crews begin partial demolition of the Perkins Valley Road bridge (Exit 283).

Drivers should expect the following overnight restrictions from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. starting Tuesday night, April 28, through Friday morning, May 1:

New project will repave an 8-mile section of Interstate 40

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises motorists traveling on Interstate 40 east of Kingman to expect overnight lane restrictions beginning Wednesday, April 22. 

The restrictions are needed for a new pavement preservation project that’s starting on an 8-mile segment of eastbound I-40, between the I-40/US 93 traffic junction

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to prepare for lane restrictions on State Route 77 as it crosses over the Little Colorado River (milepost 388) into downtown Holbrook as work is scheduled to begin on a bridge rehabilitation project Wednesday, April 15.

Drivers should expect delays while the following restrictions are in place throughout the duration of the project:

SR 88 from Fish Creek Vista (milepost 222) to milepost 227 near Reavis Trailhead Road remains an unpaved section of the Apache Trail.

Expect delays

The Arizona Department of Transportation reminds drivers traveling on US 93 northwest of Kingman to continue planning for overnight restrictions as work continues on a 23-mile paving project between Kingman and Chloride.

The following overnight restrictions are currently in effect:

  • US 93, known locally as Beale Street in Kingman, is intermittently narrowed to one lane
