Lane restrictions on north- and southbound US 95 will continue through November

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises motorists to plan for a flagging operation along the US 95 and Imperial Dam and Aberdeen road intersections in Yuma, as crews construct new roundabouts. 

The following daytime flagging operations are scheduled from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.:  

  • Flaggers will direct traffic at the intersection of US 95 and Aberdeen Road on Thursday, Oct. 1, and Friday, Oct. 2.
  • Flaggers will control traffic at the intersection of US 95 and Imperial Dam Road from Monday, Oct. 5, through Friday, Oct. 9.
  • The speed limit will be reduced to 25 mph.

Motorists can expect the following around-the-clock restrictions:

  • North- and southbound US 95 will be narrowed to one lane in each direction between Imperial Dam Road and Aberdeen Road. 
  • The speed limit will be reduced to 25 mph.

Delays are likely, so allow extra travel time. Proceed through the work zone with caution, slow down and watch for construction and law enforcement personnel and equipment.

US 160 Pavement Preservation: Tuba City

Project cost: $20.5 million

The Arizona Department of Transportation, in cooperation with the Navajo Nation and Hopi Tribe, has initiated a pavement preservation project along US 160 near Tuba City (mileposts 321-335).

The Arizona Department of Transportation has initiated a pavement preservation project along State Route 64 between I-40 in Williams and Pipeline Road (mileposts 185-205).
