SCAM ALERT - June 11, 2025:
Some people have reported receiving a text message from ADOT demanding payment for an outstanding traffic ticket. This is a scam. It has no connection to ADOT and should be ignored.

US 89A closed in Northern Arizona
PHOENIX – Both directions of US 89A are closed in Northern Arizona, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.
The closure is due to the White Sage Fire near Jacob Lake. US 89A is closed between Fredonia and Bitter Springs. There is no estimated time for the highway to reopen.
Real-time highway conditions are available on ADOT’s Arizona Traveler Information site at az511.gov, the AZ511 app (download for Apple or Android devices) or by calling 511.
