MS4 Permit

The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality has issued the ADOT Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4 Permit) with an effective date of October 19th, 2026. The permit expires on June 30th, 2031.

Permit Annual Reports

These reports summarize components of the SWMP implemented by ADOT, data collected throughout the reporting year, annual expenditures, enforcement actions, inspections, public education programs, and water quality improvements or degradation.
