PHOENIX – Drivers should consider using a recommended detour when a westbound Loop 303 lane restriction near I-17 in north Phoenix starts on Wednesday, Sept. 9, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.
Westbound Loop 303 will be narrowed to one lane between the I-17 interchange and 43rd Avenue from 5 a.m. Wednesday (Sept. 9) through October. The restriction will be in place for bridge construction as part of ADOT’s ongoing I-17/Loop 303 interchange improvement project.

GLOBE – Two miles of US 60 through downtown Globe has a new pavement surface following completion of an Arizona Department of Transportation project.
The $4.7 million project removed and replaced the road surface between Santee Street and US 70, mileposts 250-252. Crews also made sidewalk, curb and gutter repairs in the project zone, as well as guardrail and bridge improvements.

WIKIEUP – A smoother ride is in store for motorists on US 93 after completion of an Arizona Department of Transportation project that replaced 13 miles of highway surface near Wikieup.
In Spring 2025, ADOT began work that replaced the surface of US 93 between mileposts 131-144. Crews repaved the roadway and shoulders, as well as designated crossovers.

SELIGMAN – The Arizona Department of Transportation has completed a pavement improvement project along Interstate 40 between Seligman and Kingman.
This $8 million project spanned 16 miles of I-40, between Fort Rock Road to the Markham Wash Bridge (mileposts 92-108). The work included milling the existing pavement and applying a new surface while also making spot repairs in certain areas. New pavement markings were applied, and crews conducted other related work in the area.
