ADOT adds wide shoulders to curved 2 miles on Navajo Nation
The $3.1 million improvement, which is designed to reduce the potential for crashes between mileposts 404 and 406, added wide shoulders in both directions as well as rumble strips on the center line and shoulders to alert drivers deviating from their travel lane.

The $11.4 million pavement rehabilitation applied a micro-surface to protect the existing asphalt, replaced pavement markings and made spot pavement repairs on 13 miles of US 191 beginning south of Clifton and ending northwest of Morenci in Greenlee County.
