The Arizona Department of Transportation has initiated a construction project to replace the worn pavement surface along a 16-mile section of US 93 north of the junction with State Route 71 in Yavapai County (mileposts 156-172).

The Arizona Department of Transportation started construction in January 2026 on a roadway improvement project along a 23-mile section of US 93 between Chloride and Kingman in Mohave County (mileposts 48-71).

Project Cost: $25,732,000

The Arizona Department of Transportation has initiated a pavement rehabilitation project on US 93 approximately 15 miles northwest of Wickenburg (mileposts 172-185). The work consists of removing and replacing the existing pavement. Additional work includes replacing guardrails and end terminals, repairing a bridge deck, replacing pavement markings and other miscellaneous work.

This project is shut down for the winter.

 

The Arizona Department of Transportation will resume work in April 2026 on a pavement preservation project along a 16-mile section of westbound Interstate 40 west of Seligman, between Fort Rock Road and Markham Wash Bridge (mileposts 92-108).
