SR 347 Corridor Widening Intersections Map

Overview

The Arizona Department of Transportation, in partnership with the Gila River Indian Community and Maricopa Association of Governments, is proposing to construct improvements along SR 347, between Interstate 10 (I-10) and the northern limits of the city of Maricopa.

SR24 Ellsworth to Ironwood pipe

This project is complete

The Arizona Department of Transportation, in conjunction with the Federal Highway Administration, completed construction of the Interim Phase II section of State Route 24 (SR 24) also referred to as Gateway Freeway, in August 2022. This section includes approximately five miles of new freeway extending from Ellsworth Road in Maricopa County to Ironwood Drive in Pinal County. 

SR51 at Camelback Rd
The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) will be conducting a pavement improvement project on northbound State Route 51 at Camelback Road. The approximately $1.5 million project will improve the ride quality of the freeway beneath the Camelback Road bridge by replacing a 400-foot section of the northbound SR 51 pavement.

This project is complete

The Arizona Department of Transportation has completed improvements to the drainage system along SR 88 between Tomahawk and Buffalo roads. The improvements  included installing new pipe culverts for the intersection at SR 88 and Tomahawk Road and modifying three existing culverts in the project area.

Beginning early January 2023 through mid-2023, ADOT will be conducting pavement rehabilitation along a 14-mile section of US 60 between Loop 101 and Loop 202.
